Kids Party Terms & Conditions

  • PARTY TIME: The $25 Room Fee reserves your time slot in our private party room. Your party will begin at the time you choose and last 1.5 hours. Please ask your guests to arrive on time so that everyone may enjoy the party together. We often have parties booked back to back, so please arrive no more than 15 minutes prior to your booking time and remind guests of the pick-up time.

  • THIS IS A DROP OFF PARTY: Non-painting adults should be limited to up to 2 parents/guardians. Our studio capacity is limited, so we must ask that parents drop off their kids and leave the studio (They are welcome to paint in the main studio or to explore all the great shops downtown). If there are more than 2 non-painting guests, a $20 Seat Fee will be charged for each additional non-painting guest.

  • COST: A minimum of 8 painters and a minimum purchase of $150 during your scheduled time must be met. Party Package prices include the glazing & firing of your pieces and the selection shown. Any items not in the Party Package will be charged an $8 Studio Fee, plus the price of the item chosen. No coupons or offers can be applied to parties.

  • CHANGES & CANCELLATIONS: We would be happy to issue studio credit if you cancel or reschedule your party by phone at least 72 hours prior to the event. No refunds or credits will be issued for changes made within 72 hours of the event.

  • COVID INFORMATION: By booking this party, you agree to follow the most current guidelines we have set forth for our studio when the party takes place. This website's HOME or ABOUT page will have the most up-to-date information or call 303-776-2211 with any questions.

  • PICK UP: Pottery will be ready for pick up one week after the party and will be kept for 60 days. We strongly encourage the host pick up all party pieces. If you choose to have guests pick up separately, we strongly encourage you to come pick up any leftover pieces 2 weeks after your event. 

  • WAIVER: Please share this with the parents of your guests and have them return it prior to the party.
