KIDS PARTIES include 1.5 hours in our private party room. You get to choose one of our fun Party Packages and a pre-determined palette of colors. Exceptions may cost extra. You are welcome to bring cake or other snacks to enjoy AFTER painting (Since food/messy fingers and art do not mix well, creative activities will be completed before food is served).

ADULT PARTIES include 2 hours in our private party room. You are welcome to bring food and drinks if youd like. Additional time may be booked in advance at an additional cost of $2 per painter per hour. If you have specific needs for your party, please let us know in advance!

All parties have a minimum of 6 painters. Be sure to call us regarding any increases or decreases in the number of guests PRIOR to your scheduled party. If you dont let us know, it may result in a delayed party start time while we make adjustments. If attendance falls below 6 painters, the party host will still be charged for the minimum of 6 painters.

The party is contracted to begin and end at the times you specify when making your reservation. Please have your guests arrive and depart on time. If your party runs past the agreed upon time, additional fees may apply.

As the host, we encourage you to pick up finished masterpieces for all the guestswell have each guests item individually packaged so you can deliver them easily. Crackpots is not responsible for items left over 30 days.

The deposit of $25 is required to reserve your time in our party room. This deposit is not an additional fee it will actually go towards the balance of your party. You must cancel your party within 48 hours of your scheduled time in order to get your deposit back.

The guest of honor can receive a Keepsake Plate personalized by all the guests. This plate is $5 (+tax) with any party package.

Drop-offs are encouraged for all kids parties, since standing room is limited and we like to give all of our attention to the kids painting.

The party host assumes the risk for any breakage by guests. Children are required to remain in the party room until picked up by parents or responsible party. If you are providing goodie bags for children, please distribute as children are leaving.

Gratuity is not expected, but greatly appreciated.
